Your tasks:
  • Functionally lead our DevOps “Phoenix” team. The team is developing and operating the DB Schenker Kubernetes Cluster on AWS and the development toolbox for our IT teams around the globe
  • Enable and empower the DevOps team to lean manage and continuously improve their work on new tools, changes, releases & incidents
  • Act as Product Owner for the cluster and toolbox and be the main point of contact for the stakeholders
  • Collect & prioritize requirements from stakeholders and decide on the product road map together with the team
  • Set up professional service management and service level management for the cluster and development toolbox
  • Manage the service budget

Your profile:
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven ability to set up and operate lean work systems for IT teams by using lean and agile practices
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Basic technical skills in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Amazon Web Services, GitLab and Linux
  • Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
