We are seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator to join our growing Sydney Team.

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal/external clients/stakeholders;
  • Assisting with all aspects of customer service;
  • Managing system-generated status reports (BO) or preparing manual status reports;
  • Soliciting sales of new or additional services;
  • Informing clients of order status by reports or email;
  • Informing clients of vessel/aircraft delays, order status reports undertaken daily (AM) as required;
  • Informing department/Interstate delivery details;
  • Telephone/email cost indications for existing clients from SMART, telephone quotations provided in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Updating ProCars Notes, SMART, or other filing systems of SOP changes within 4 hours of the request;
  • Solving customer complaints in conjunction with operational departments;
  • Registering Interstate/x trade Jobs in ProCars.
  • Previous experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry;
  • ProCars and Expedient (Millman) - preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;
  • Ability to write routing reports and correspondence;
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and staff;
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions percentages, area, circumference, and volume;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
