The role is responsible for doing complex administrative or technical work including the search for solutions within a specific procedural framework.
Knowledge acquired through higher-level specialized technical training. Knowledge of a specialty or complex techniques acquired through advanced vocation training (secondary school and +2 years of further education) with 4 years of experience. 
Cooperation within the team and more frequent information exchange outside the team is required (e.g. clients/suppliers interaction guided by standard rules).In certain situations, supervision and coordination of a few people.
