Novated Leasing

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing logistics team in Yennora.

Reporting to the Operations Manager this position is responsible for overseeing the reverse logistics functions and team. You will ensure the contracted requirements for a global customer brand are met including control of customer inventory up to hand-over to contracted carriers. 

Additionally, you will be required to:
  • Direct, monitor and manage the activities of team leaders and members
  • Ensure company WHS and housekeeping policy and procedures are implemented and maintained 
  • Support the team’s success by ensuring the staff are properly trained, motivated and performing to the required standard
  • Develop and implement activities to support existing and new products and services
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the inventory control
Competencies and Skills required
  • Ensure daily KPI’s are met
  • 1-2 years’ proven people management experience ideally within Warehousing/Logistics 
  • Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships 
  • Outstanding communication skills –Written and verbal.
  • Proven Continuous Improvement and problem solving skills
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System and RF scanners
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel etc)
  • A valid forklift license (LF) with both counterbalance and high reach experience is desirable
