An opportunity has emerged for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join the team at CrossCountry on a fixed term contract for approximately 6 months.The successful candidate will provide general assistance on all payroll duties and support the Payroll Supervisor and Payroll team whilst also being responsible for ensuring Payroll documents are received, checked, and signed with correct authorisations prior to entry.

Responsibilities

• Input payroll date to WorkBrain as required.
• Input SSP data as required for payment.
• Enter Time Adjustment Data when required and enter in record book. Complete monitoring sheets.
• Production and distribution of end of week prints as requested.
• Deal with pay queries as necessary.
• Ensure Appearance Sheets/WorkBrain are updated to reflect staff changes.
• Record, enter and monitor SMP – good knowledge of SMP rules required.
• Fault logging with CAP/SEMA.
• Supply earnings details within current records area for all outside bodies.
• Ensure all payroll documentation is filed in accessible order.
• Input P45/P6T/P38S etc. to PS. Process leavers P45s.

• Good basic payroll knowledge.
• IT Literate
