Position Description Summary: Responsible for conducting quality audits within the organization to ensure continued compliance with the Integrated
Management Systems and the maintenance of ISO 9001-2015 and 14001-2015 certifications. Participate in development and delivery of a strategy
that enhances continual improvement while promoting location ownership and responsibility. Travel required 50% of job time. Principal
Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):
·Conduct internal and coordinate external IMS audits at CL and Freight Forwarding locations which might require travel within Americas region
· Ensure that audits meet the current ISO/XSite requirements · Ensure all administrative aspects of IMS audit activities are complied with, implemented,
and have closure, including creating annual audit schedule, coordinating with locations on individual audit details, scheduling opening/
closing meetings and interviews, issuing audit report · Ensure that nonconformities are properly reported, documented, communicated and addressed
· Determine if management intervention is necessary to address audit findings · Facilitate location's root cause analysis as needed - Follow
up and monitor improvements to provide communication & promote sharing of best practices among all locations
Qualification Text
Essential Functions: * Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances,
and/or drug and alcohol tests. Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the
advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): * This is an intermediate level position. * Knowledge of auditing practices and the ISO
9001:2015/1401:2015 Standards including how to apply the proper interpretation of the Standards in actual internal audit situations is required. *
Must have experience conducting audits and know how to manage the audit process including opening meetings, auditing, closing meetings and
reporting. * Familiar with quality philosophies, quality administrative procedures and applications of quality objectives. * Technical writing skills are a
plus. * Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred. * Generally prefer 1-4 years of related
experience. * Languages: English is Reguired, Spanish is a big plus, Portuguese is a bonus.
