1. Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Metro Trains (Which includes TCMS, PROPULSION).
2. Maintenance & Trouble shooting of high power and high technology traction converters, Auxiliary Converters, Main Transformer, Potential
Transformer, Current Transformer, Surge Arrestor, Traction motor, Gear boxes.
3. Software & Firmware downloaded/ updating in Propulsion equipment’s.
4. Collection of TDS (Train Diagnosis System)/DR data for interpretation & analysis, downloading SRP's related to propulsion products in trains.
5. Maintaining FRACAS and RAMS activities for propulsion equipment's.
6. Knowledge of root cause analysis.
7. Capability of fault finding/ trouble shooting for online failures OF rolling stock.
8. Capability of imparting the training to rolling stock controller in troubleshooting and fault finding.
9. Emphasize safety precautions required during the performance of operation and maintenance tasks.
10. Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance of Rerailing equipment (LUKAS make).
11. Experience of organizing the mock drill for use of rerailing equipment.
12. Capability of training the staff in operation of rerailing equipment (LUKAS make).
13. Operation and Maintenance of Mobile Jacks for lifting of trains.
B.E/B.tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.
