For our office in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for you from now on as Sales & Business Development Manager International (m/f/d).

These will be your tasks:

  • Continuously develop the market strategy for a successful international market development
  • Implementation of the international market strategy from establishing strategical partnerships to developing the product together with our product department
  • Create structure and processes to facilitate the move from a start up to a scale up company - Development of sales, channel and pricing strategies and transfer to operational sales work
  • Management and support of own customer projects, including acquisition and handover to Project Management/Key Account Team
  • Evaluation and prioritization of sales potentials and independent acquisition of new customers - Drafting and negotiation of contracts (e.g., tender, cooperation, and service contracts) with special emphasis on the processing of international tenders
  • Preparation of individual offers and their follow-up until a successful transaction - Handling of international tenders, including management of interdisciplinary tender teams
  • Close cooperation with all internal departments (product development, marketing, key account management, etc.) for order implementation and proactive customer management
  • Advise customers on mobility analysis, on-demand transport and autonomous mobility by striving to understand the needs of people, cities and bus operators Presentation of our product at trade fairs, conferences and customer meetings

That’s what you bring with you:

  • You are enthusiastic about new mobility services and want to help shape the success of ioki
  • You have a degree or a comparable professional qualification and 3+ years professional experience in sales and business development
  • You ideally have gained market knowledge in the field of public transport / (on-demand) mobility
  • You enjoy working strategically and operational, You are open minded, inclusive, a team player and enjoy discovering new topics
  • You are communicative and enjoy building relationships, You like to take initiative and ownership
  • You possess strong analytical skills, the ability to think in abstract terms and problem-solving competence, You are not afraid to rethink things from the ground up and independently bring things into motion
  • You have an independent, goal- and result-oriented way of working and have a high demand concerning the quality of your work, You have a high willingness to be flexible and enjoy traveling
  • You are fluent in English, and you are fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian. German is not mandatory
