We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our backend team in Frankfurt am Main, which builds the platform that helps our customers launch and scale their mobility products.

Your tasks:

  • Design, build, deploy and maintain our new product
  • Your sense for technology, design and usability helps you to create visualizations based on UI concepts and user workflows
  • Within the SCRUM team, you will independently develop the new control panel of the product with the support of your cross-functional team consisting of backend and design
  • You are actively involved in the creative processes for the conception and implementation of new features and the optimization of our platform within the framework of product development together with our product management, project management and our customer support
  • You will ensure high code quality and performance through regular code reviews and get to know the latest developments as part of the team
  • You will work closely with other teams at ioki to deliver the best possible product for our customers and passengers
  • You will maintain and improve software development standards, tools and processes

Your profile: 

  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience in building and maintaining large web applications and you know how to use toolings like git
  • You write proper JavaScript and are proficient with one major view framework, like React or Vue.js
  • You know HTML5/CSS3 plus common preprocessors, like HAML, SCSS and alike
  • You write high-quality code and want to build a maintainable, stable, and tested system that you can deploy to production multiple times a day without worrying 
  • You have some experience with test driven development or you are open to learn writing proper and meaningful tests along with your implementation
  • You want to take responsibility of your work and build sustainable solutions that stand the test of time
  • You are full professional proficient in German and English
