  • Implementation of HR Training Programs
    • Design talent and learning programs as needed
    • Responsible for managing the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of training and seminars (incl. preparation/finalization of training material) in collaboration with functional stakeholders
    • Responsible for setting up and participating in transition training activities (consolidating, tracking, country training plan, steering & monitoring of entity plans)
    • Responsible for setting up, optimizing and coordinating an effective onboarding program
    • Coordination of all soft-skills/behavioral training
  • Training Needs Analysis
    • Provide support in the identifying training and development needs within SGBS
    • Develop tower-specific training curriculum, approach and strategy
  • Instructional Design
    • Develop learning and development programs and initiatives
    • Develop training materials following a standard content design
    • Manage a database of training decks
    • Review available training materials and update/improve them accordingly
  • Facilitation
    • Conduct training
    • Review and evaluate learning through evaluation measures
  • Records Management
    • Plan and release quarterly training calendar
    • Plan and coordinate annual training calendar
    • Manage the learning management system
  • Internal Communication
    • Cascade all available training programs through various communication channels
    • Support in communication initiatives in the center
  • Project Management
    • Participation in projects as required
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with stakeholders to develop tower-specific talent and development initiative


  • University / college degree in the field of humanities, business administration or computer engineering or related field of study
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in activities with regards to organizing trainings and seminars for employees according to the needs of a multinational company, especially experience in training coordination, set-up of training material, onboarding programs, introduction trainings and experience in controlling training success
  • With background knowledge in the field of accounting and logistics, preferably but not required
  • Experience in SSC or BPO industry
  • Ability to set reasonable priorities
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) HR experience desirable
  • Cultural adaptability
  • Strong and strategic business understanding and an excellent ability to understand and manage complex situations in a fast-paced environment
