Job Overview
What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
- Review user input to operational database, correct as necessary and link with accounting database
- Receive, confirm, verify accuracy and enter master data into accounting and operational systems
- Receive, confirm, verify accuracy and enter customer accounts and vendor accounts into accounting database
- Research trade references and procure W-9s to validate existence, name and address of companies for setup
- Review, verify and assign sales representatives to customer accounts
The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Good interpersonal skills required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates Degree in Business preferred.
- Generally prefer 5 years of experience.
- Requires 1 year minimum experience in computer applications and customer service.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
