Air Import and Export Analyst

What will be your challenges?

• Prepare and review documents necessary for export operations, such as analysis of commercial invoices, packing lists, quotations;
• Issuance of the HAWB;
• Send green light requests;
• Carry out quotations;
• Monitor shipments and update the system;
• Identify and analyze risks and opportunities for boarding and disembarking, checking deadlines, costs and transport conditions;
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all export transactions;
• Provide support to customers and business partners, answering questions and resolving export-related problems;
• Label the loads that are being collected during the customer's shipment;
• Prepare all documents that will be sent with the cargo to the airport;
• Validate shipping origin/destination costs when necessary;
• Daily monitoring/Follow up of processes.

What you need to succeed?

• Desirable experience working in companies in the sector and in similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations or related areas.
• Advanced English skills.
• General knowledge of dangerous articles, current incoterms, IATA regulations and general geographic. 
• Be able to contact with airlines
• Be able to use of the company's operating systems, procars, land.
