Job description

Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate implementation of asset data management within the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system.
  • Data Collection: Collaborate with OEM and Domain expert to collect accurate and comprehensive data related to physical assets, equipment, components, and associated attributes.
  • Verify the data received in CoBIE file in coordination with Domain expert and update in AMS.
  • Utilize the Maximo platform to input, integrate, and manage asset data in compliance with established data models and standards.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including uploading bulk data, updating records, and ensuring consistency and uniformity across the asset database.
  • Develop and maintain data standards, naming conventions, and classification systems for assets and related data.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance data accuracy, data flow, and overall efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to users on asset data management practices, procedures, and Maximo system functionalities.
  • Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users in complying with data input and management standards.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on asset data quality, utilization, and trends for management review.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in asset data management and EAM systems

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in engineering.
  • Proficiency in IBM Maximo or similar EAM software
  • Strong understanding of enterprise asset management principles and practices
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in asset data management or EAM implementation.

We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.
