Business Development Executive(*)

       We are looking for a highly motivated ‘Business Development Executive’ who is success-driven, customer-oriented and always seeks new opportunities and solutions for moving forward and has responsibility for Global Projects and Industrial Solutions Department. The core purpose of this role is to achieve the highest customer service quality and profitability goals through the management of the supporting work streams within the team.

Your Tasks:

• Manages the work process of the Global Projects and Industrial Solutions Department unit by the quality standards, under the promised conditions, foreseen time and cost.
• Manages the process for projects RFQ and inquiries.
• Executing local and global customers pricing and procurement, providing spot quotations
• Determines and ensures implementation of short and medium-term strategies and business targets to achieve department goals.
• In accordance with objectives, create and maintain customer portfolio and makes large-scale customer visits to increase the profitability of the company and take necessary actions to improve business volume for the Projects activities
• Follows and analyzes the projects cargo infrastructure, strengths and weaknesses and growth opportunities.
• Implements all development principles, instructions and processes of Projects Cargo transportation in the country and provides training.
• Actively communicates to clients&internal stakeholders on all customer-related topics and feedback on the updated information of the market.
• Works in coordination with Key Accounts, Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the Projects Logistics, oil & gas field.
• Having a commercial mindset and working knowledge about Sea, Road and Air logistics.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Market and technical knowledge for Projects Cargo handling & Projects Cargo procedures.
• Advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
