About 5,000 employees from 84 nations are currently realizing the projects of our customers with professional knowledge and intercultural experience.For this project we are seeking a Chief E&M Expert (f/m/d)
Responsibilities:
- Undertake Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing & Vertical Transportation Systems for Underground Stations, Tunnel sections, Cross Passages & Emergency Evacuation Shafts Assurance and Validation reviews of the Contractors design submissions against the Employers Requirements at various stages of development from concept through detailed design stages to meet the project program
- Review the coordination of E&M services with Architecture and Civil/Structures
- Review the coordination of E&M services with the requirements of the Rail Systems Contractor
- Provide E&M guidance to the project team and the Client
- Provide input & guidance to the Contractor as required relating to the design of MEP systems & selection of E&M equipment to meet the expected levels of technical excellence
- Provide technical support as required during design phase
- Contribute to E&M construction works along with testing and commissioning of E&M equipment related to a Metro / Rail environment
- Adhere to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations including the compliance to all DB E&C policies, guidelines and procedures
- Responsible for any other responsibilities that will be assigned by the Head - Projects Acquisition and Delivery or his authorized representative
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering and Masters in Engineering would be an advantage
- 20 years of professional experience of which at least 5 years in a similar position
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metro projects
- Communication skills,planning and organizational skills, negotiation skills & problem analysis, customer service orientation, adaptability & team work
- Good personnel team management skills
- Clear and effective communication & high standard of ethical conduct
