Role Overview:

As the backbone of our data centre operations, you will ensure the smooth functioning of hardware and support our technicians with parts upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's top engineers, handling cutting-edge technology every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and perform hardware upgrades and replacements
Manage inventory to ensure parts availability and process efficiency
Maintain detailed documentation and generate insightful reports on maintenance activities
Uphold stringent compliance with security protocols and quality assurance standards
Address a variety of ad hoc tasks, maintaining organisational standards within the data centre

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1-3 years of experience in data centre operations, preferably with supervisory experience
Robust IT and computer skills, with hands-on experience in data centre environments
Strong understanding of WMS systems; experience in a 3PL or technical environment is beneficial
Excellent problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks
Superb communication skills and proficiency in English
Holds a diploma or equivalent in a technical field; additional certifications in IT or computer science are advantageous
Must be an Australian citizen (essential for security clearance)
