We are hiring for the position of Dy. Chief Expert - OCC (Operation Control Centre).

Responsibilities:

• Design review and approve of OCC System including OCC/BCC Architecture, System Specification, Interface Specification, control room and operator console layouts, server room design, network architecture, Engineering /Software Basline, and operational workflow, ensure compliance with room layout standards, power and earthing requirements, EMC/EMI and cyber‑security provisions, and verify completeness of O&M, training, spares and related technical documentation.
• Installation, Testing &  Integration Commissioning : Oversee OCC system in FAT, IAT, PAT, SAT, Dynamic inspection, and all ITC stages, ensuring full OCC system readiness and availability to support integrated railway operations, centralised control, and coordination with signalling, telecom, radio, and rolling stock systems. 
• Manage and coordinate all interfaces between OCC and Signalling (ETCS/IXL), Radio (LTE‑R/FRMCS), Telecom IP backbone, SCADA, AMS, BMS, and Rolling Stock systems, ensuring alignment of technical and functional requirements and overseeing final ICD approvals and complete documentation.
• Review and Certify the Payment for completed works as per Cost Center and evaluate variation orders and claims while providing technical and contractual support to the Client.
• Assist client in obtaining statutory approvals and coordination assistance with various agencies for ISA, CMRS for successful completion of Project.
• Ensure compliance with all DB E&C policies, procedures, and ethical standards
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Client, Chief OCC Expert, PD and DB HQ.
• Act as the designated representative  of Chief Expert – OCC System, assuming full responsibility for all  duties, and decision-making authority during his absence.

• Engineering Graduate OR Diploma in Electrical OR Electronics stream or equivalent.
• Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with 18 years of experience in Railways/Metro.
• 08 years of experience in project management of Development and Integration of OCC System during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project.
• Strong understanding of railway OCC/BCC architecture, SCADA, ATS/TMS integration, and real‑time control platforms, Telecom & radio backhaul interfacing to OCC, experience in ITC, dynamic inspection, and system integration across subsystems,  good knowledge of EMC/EMI, redundancy design, and safety‑critical operation.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, Negotiation and presentation skills.
