For this project we are seeking a Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monthly MIS like TDS, Service Tax register & various statements
- Resolving any disputes related to invoice with client / vendors
- Prepare Monthly client invoice, submission of client invoice and payment follow-up
- Preparation of Monthly Sub-Contractor/Contractor bills
- Coordination with Client , suppliers & contractors.
- Reconciliation of vendor’s accounts & scrutiny of ledgers.
- Auditing of all accounts transaction like cash, bank, voucher, Work Orders, Purchase Orders & Payment Release Notes related to Project.
- To maintain banking relations.
- To ensure & establish proper project accounting methods, policies & principles.
- Monitoring & analyzing accounting data & produce financial reports or statements for the project.
- Managing & overseeing the daily operations of Project accounting
- To maintain a documented system of Project accounting policies & procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 5+ years of Experience
- Candidates working with organization into Large Infrastructure projects/Railways/Metro rail would be preferred
