We are currently recruiting for Junior Engineer for our Project Delivery team in Bangalore.
Key aspects of this role include but are not limited to:
- Excellent project management capability, including the ability to work under pressure and delivering different projects and working within tight deadlines
- Planning and organizing skills as well as commercial understanding of project operations
- Able to travel across project sites as and when required
- Technical Documentation: Ensuring the development and upkeep of accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for ongoing and future projects.
- Project Planning and Support: Assisting in detailed project planning, taking into account various critical factors such as timelines, resources, and expected outcomes to support the smooth execution of projects.
- Adhering to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations including the compliance to all DB E&C policies, guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- B.Tech and/or M.Tech Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the railway sector and able to handle large infrastructure projects in Government sector.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), SharePoint
- Preferable PMP certified (or equivalent) or readiness to obtain a respective certification
