• Cooperates with other departments in order to provide solutions and advice for their HR related needs (recruiting status, attrition mitigation, explaining and insuring compliance with procedures and processes, team management, career development, international mobility etc.)
• Supports and counsels people managers and employees on employment law and HR matters
• Cooperates closely with the Career Development specialist/Training Lead as internal talents are promoted
• Helps developing pool of internal and external talents
• Is actively involved in middle/top management recruitment projects and offers recruitment support for entry level positions whenever needed
• Works closely with Talent Acquisition team in order to ensure that the best performing recruitment channels are being considered (responsiveness, quality and costs)
• Works closely with Talent Acquisition team in order to monitor the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
• Helps developing new employer branding ideas based on pulse from business
• Creates, implements, maintains and cascades HR framework, guidelines, policies and procedures
• Proposes, develops and coordinates the HR projects as sustained by the Head of HR
• Reports the progress on assigned projects on regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback to the HR Head
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of HR
• Prepare various HR reports as per business needs
• Actively involved in performance management cycle: session facilitation, offer consultancy and support to business in performance management process
• Coordinates together with managers the process of yearly salary reviews, monitoring internal and external equity, ethics and fair treatment
• Actively involved in designing career succession planning together with managers and Talent & Development team
• Work with line managers and participate in investigation, disciplinary (e.g. dismissal) and grievance meetings
• Provide support in all HR tools implementation
• Being involved in maintaining and updating the benefits policy and assuring the correct implementation
• Being involved in offering consultancy regarding bonuses policy eligibility criteria
• Works with all HR internal tools in order to monitor and evaluate employee`s history
• Coordinate exit interviews with the consolidation of analyses reports
• Ensure that the prepared/signed documents are accurate, and all the necessary checks are performed; being 2nd level of approval for HR documents
• Previous relevant HR Generalist experience of at least 4 years
• Relevant experience in all HR areas (talent acquisition, talent development, HR admin, legal, labor law, compensation & benefits)
