- Support operations with onboarding of new vendors – ensure that all relevant documents are correctly filled out and submitted.
- Support operations with onboarding of new vendors- ensure that all relevant compliance documents are valid and verified. Check validity of tax status pin and BBBEE certificates.
- Onboarding of new vendors – ensure that procurement policies are adhered to.
- Support business units on all procurement related queries.
- Approve purchase requests for operational expense and asset transactions on Ariba (eProcure) in capacity as operational buyer.
- Arrange posting of all recurring (same amount on monthly basis) vendor entries with supporting contract.
- Support accounts payable team with procurement related queries.
- Prepare monthly accounts payable accruals.
- Provide support to manager for BBBEE Procurement, Enterprise & Supplier Development during annual BBBEE verification.
- Provide support to manager for BBBEE Procurement, Enterprise & Supplier Development for internal quarterly reviews.
- Ensure that valid and updated BBBEE certificates are in place for suppliers.
- Upload required BBBEE verified on BBBEE system – BEEtoolkit.
- Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
- Supplier / vendor management
