We are looking for a Project Management Specialist for our current project in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities:

Daily support of the team of experts and performing of tasks assigned related to the implementation of determined projects in railway transport sector.
Interpretation from/ into English/ Russian during project meetings and calls.
Formalization of project deliverables in their final form, creation of presentations, reports, tables, letters and similar in English/ Russian.
Qualitative translation of documentation required for project implementation and establishing proper document flow and maintenance.
Interaction and communication with the client and other stakeholders on the matters of project implementation.
Providing recommendations for improvements, solving arising issues and providing expertise in business processes and operation within the project implementation.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Russian (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Work Experience in a similar position at least 2 years.
Communication skills, stress resistance, analytical skills and ability to find elegant solutions for problematic issues.
Ability to work in team and to perform assigned tasks on time and with required quality.
Multitasking abilities and proper time management.
At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Transport Engineering, or similar.
Experience in project implementation in transport sector (preferable railway passenger transportation).
Understanding of business processes and operations of a passenger transportation company (preferable railway sector).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in database management and document workflow systems.
