We are currently seeking an Operations & Maintenance Advisor (O&MA) Manager with extensive high-speed railway experience.

Your responsibilities:

Lead the Operations & Maintenance advisory function to ensure the successful delivery of services for the project.
Oversee the development of operational and maintenance strategies, frameworks, and implementation plans for high-speed rail operations above 250 km/h.
Interface with the client to resolve all project, technical, and commercial issues.
Ensure alignment of O&M strategies with safety, regulatory, and interoperability requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, safety, RAMS, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated delivery.
Provide senior-level insights into operational practices, safety, and asset management.
Drive the establishment of best practices and procedures across operational and maintenance disciplines.
Support stakeholder communication and present progress, risks, and recommendations in regular meetings.
Stay informed on the latest advancements in transportation modeling techniques, including machine learning, big data analytics, and emerging modeling software.

Qualifications:

20 years of relevant railway operations and maintenance experience at a senior level, preferably in high-speed rail (>250 km/h).
Demonstrated ability to interface with clients to resolve complex technical and commercial matters.
Suitable professional qualifications for executive-level roles in railway O&M, or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of operational safety for new high-speed railway systems.
Strong understanding of project practices and value management.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to relocate to Australia.
