We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to design and manage the organization’s compensation and benefits framework. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining DBEEs job architecture, job grading framework and compensation structures to ensure internal consistency, market competitiveness and alignment with organizational strategy. You will work closely with HR leadership, Finance and business stakeholders to establish transparent, scalable reward structure that support talent attraction, retention and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the DBEEs job architecture, including job families and job level structures
- Lead job evaluation and job grading processes to ensure internal equity and role clarity
- Design and manage salary structures, pay bands and compensation guidelines
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive reward positioning
- Provide guidance to HR leadership on compensation decisions and salary positioning
- Support and coordinate annual compensation review and salary adjustment processes
- Manage and review employee benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain policies and governance frameworks related to compensation and rewards
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports and recommendations for HR leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- 7+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards or job architecture roles
- Experience with job grading frameworks and compensation structures
- Ability to translate complex compensation topics into clear guidance for stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of Korn Ferry/ Hay methodology is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel skills are an advantage
