We are looking for you as a Team Leader (f/m/d) for an upcoming bid of DB Engineering & Consulting in Europe but it will be a remote job based in the Design Center in Bangalore, India.

Your Tasks:
- Lead, manage and motivate the team of experts involved in the project, including a successful completion, project close out and handover of the project.
- Consolidate the team of experts, ensure effective project and workload planning within the given budget, timeline and quality. standards e.g. by carrying out monitoring to track project progress.
- Manage other members of the project management team and ensure proper and effective communication.
- Identify resources requirements and ensure mobilization and deployment of such resources, by developing detailed cost plans.
- Develop strategies and implement best business practices to further enhance quality of results.
- Organize and manage the relationship with partners involved in the project and coordinate with various agency divisions and applicable legal authorities and stakeholders.
- Develop risk management strategy and ensure project risks are identified and managed.
- Initiate, plan and organize meetings with the client and provide documentation and reporting required by the client.
- Promote technical excellence, including implementation of quality assurance procedures, an effective document control system and implementation of an effective reporting system.
Qualifactions:
- At least 15 (preferably more than 20) years of general professional experience in the transport infrastructure sector.
- At least 8 (preferably more than 15) years of successful professional experience in management (as project manager/team leader) of metro design projects and/or underground city/urban railway design projects.
- Management experience in at least one metro design project which included GoA4 system.
- Resilient, flexible, independent and well-structured service-oriented working approach to comprehend complex situations.
- Strong personal administration skills (taking of minutes, conduct presentations, working to agreed deadlines etc.).
- Previous experience working with partners and in consortiums and managing stakeholders to understand the client needs and translate them into customer-oriented actions and solutions.
- International working experience in leading multicultural teams will be considered as advantage.
- Readiness to stay in Bangalore for a longer period of time and to travel between India and Serbia.
- Fluency in the english langauge.
