DB E&C is seeking for a Additional Team Leader (System) (f/m/d) for an upcoming bid/project in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The project duration will be 72 months and on-site. 

It is a "Consutruction Supervision Consultant" project for the Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Investment Project (Line - 5): Southern route. The project includes a 17.2 km metro line consisting of 13.1 km underground and 4.1 km elevated alignment with 11 undergroung and 4 elevated stations. 

Responsibilities and Tasks in Detail:

• Reports to the Team Lead and the Client (as and when required).
• Takes full responsibility for the overall management of the Consultant’s activities related to the project's railway systems, including the Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) System, Fire Water and Drainage (FWD) System, Building Management System (BMS), and Environment Control System (ECS).
• Manage and supervise all works related to the railway electrical systems, including Trackwork, Signaling & Telecommunications (S&T), SCADA, Operations Command Center (OCC), Substations, Power Distribution Systems, Overhead Catenary System (OCS), Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), Platform Screen Doors (PSD), Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS), Rolling Stock, and Depot Equipment.
• Ensures that the detailed design, specifications, standards, and codes proposed by the Railway Systems Contractors comply with the Employer’s requirements and contractual documents.
• Plays a lead role in interface management, system integration, testing, commissioning, and trial runs.
• Acts as the Consultant's representative and assumes the role of Team Lead in the absence of the Team Lead.
• Serves as a key coordinator between the Client and the Consultant.
• Oversees and monitors all aspects of the Contractor’s work and deliverables, including progress, quality, invoicing, and interface management.
• Provides necessary support to both the Client and the Consultant under the proposed Asian Development Bank (ADB) Technical Assistance (TA) project in formulating strategies for non-rail business development.
• Performs additional tasks related to railway systems, as required or assigned by the Team Lead, to ensure the successful completion of the project.
