Responsibilities:
- Managing the contracts with all subcontractors
- Monitoring of KPIs, planning of renewals, cost challenge
- Development and execution of knowledge transfer for contract management related disciplines
- Oversee contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors and service providers
- Review and analyze contract proposals and agreements for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms and service quality
- Resolve contract-related disputes and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to draft and revise contracts as needed
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend contract renewals, modifications, or terminations
- Ensure compliance with legal and procurement teams to draft and revise contracts as needed

- Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, payments, and vendor communications
- Prepare monthly performance reports of the Contractor Business Unit activities, highlight any immediate recommendations and plans to resolve

Qualifications:
Project management skills
Proven experience with FIDIC contracts
Industrial contract management background
Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering
Min. 10 years in Rail Industry
Min. 10 years in leadership position
Min. 5 years in a similar position
International experience, preference GCC
English (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred)
MS office, MS Project, MS Sharepoint
