We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Change and Transformation Manager (m/f/d) for a Technical Advisory project for OSE in Athens, Greece. As Change and Transformation Manager you will steer the organizational, cultural and digital transformation process in collaboration with both DB E&C team members and the client OSE to ensure successful and sustainable change. Your focus will be on advising and supporting managers whereas the shared goal is the effective implementation of change projects.

Responsibilities:
- Within our Technical Advisory Project, you will independently support change projects and act as a sparring partner for managers and HR.
- Develop change strategies and measures to support the transformation in the specialist departments (e.g., digitalization projects, restructuring, new working methods).
- Derive and implement change and empowerment measures to strengthen leadership or support employees.
- Moderate workshops or working groups within the specialist departments and support conflict resolution.
- Promote the acceptance of change through the targeted involvement of relevant stakeholders and appropriate communication.
- Establish and coordinate a change community within OSE’s organization for use in smaller change projects.
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed university degree in economics, social sciences, humanities or similar and relevant professional experience in a comparable, complex role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar tasks
- Additional qualifications as a process facilitator and experience in project management.
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of change management and have successfully supported several transformation projects.
- You can charmingly address the problem and empathetically advise managers on finding solutions.
- You keep a cool head in difficult situations and, thanks to your constructive approach and quick comprehension, can successfully overcome challenges.
- You have a feel for the needs of the respective target group and can translate complex topics into simple language.
- You impress with your impartial moderation skills and intercultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Greek and English mandatory; German would be an advantage
- Familiarity with Greek administrative business standards
