For a future rail project in India, we are looking for a Chief Expert Signaling System.

Responsibilities:

Design review of ETCS Signalling System.
Installation, Integration, Testing & Commissioning of ETCS signalling system.
Interfacing of ETCS Signalling System with Rolling Stock, Telecom Subsystems, Asset Management System etc. and Interface document approval.
Verify completed work and prepare request for payment to contractors.
Assist Client in obtaining statutory approvals.
Assist and coordinate with various agencies i.e. ISA, CMRS etc. for successful completion of the project.
Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate / Doctorate in relevant field (preferred).
Graduate Engineering degree in relevant field (minimum).
Minimum 25 years of experience in Railways/Metro.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Signalling system in High-Speed Rail Project (ETCS based, operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph) and/or Semi High-Speed Rail Project (including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal or greater than 160 Kmph).
Minimum 5 years of experience during construction phase as in-charge for Signalling & Telecommunication system works in High-Speed Rail Project (ETCS based, operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph).
