Chief Signaling Expert - Mumbai (f/m/d)
DB E&C is the General Consultant for Civil & System Work, consisting Design, assistance in procurement, construction management, supervision, System Works, interface management, testing and commissioning of the Mumbai Metro Line 4.
This also includes all civil engineering structures, tracks, signals, telecom facilities, traction arrangements, air conditioning & ventilation, rolling stock, maintenance Car-shed depot/stabling yards, automated fare collection (AFC), stations, operation control center, offices, residential buildings, station integration areas, bridges, fly-overs, elevated and surface sections over the project routes and integration with other modes of transport.
For this project we are looking for Chief Signalling Expert (f/m/d).

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Signaling Team
- Review the tender documents and recommendations
- Be responsible for design specification, tender documents for signaling systems as well as the procurement of signaling systems
- Manage and review the design of signaling systems, including the contractor's design activities and program
- Supervise the manufacturing, test & commissioning of signaling equipment
- Attend Factory Approval Test (FAT)
Qualifications:
- Post Graduation in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Signaling or equivalent)
- More than 25 years of professional experience, minimum of 5 years in metro project as Signaling expert /a similar role with emphasis signaling or experience working in a similar role with strong technical railway background
- Excellent personal administration skills
- Excellent English skills
- Relevant IT-Skills
- Willingness to re-locate to Mumbai
