For this project we are seeking a Chief Telecom Expert

Responsibilities:

Lead the telecom strategy for the metro section, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all telecom-related components including passenger information systems, surveillance, communication networks, and public address systems.
Serve as the main technical advisor on all telecom matters for the client, supporting informed decision-making at every stage of the project—from design reviews to system commissioning.
Coordinate with other key systems experts (signaling, electrical, rolling stock, SCADA, civil, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of telecom systems into the overall metro infrastructure.
Monitor and guide contractors, ensuring their designs, installations, and test procedures meet the project’s performance and safety requirements.
Support inspections and reviews, provide critical inputs during factory and site testing, and ensure the system is fully ready for safe passenger operations.
Represent the telecom discipline in project meetings, interface discussions, and client interactions, contributing both technical knowledge and strategic insights.
