Document Control Coordinator (f/m/d)
Our branch in Riga, Latvia, seeks a motivated and experienced Document Control Coordinator for our ongoing and future railway projects. The position provides you with many opportunities to demonstrate how your unique skill-set can enhance our projects. You will be part of an innovative team, contributing to the implementation of rail systems in the Baltic countries. Your Profile:
- Passionate and innovative thinker, able to think outside the box.
- Deliver high-quality project support throughout the project life cycle.
- Experience in an infrastructure project environment, specifically in document controlling.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capable of handling a substantial amount of responsibility.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in document administration.
- Must have very strong written and verbal communication skills in the English and Latvian language (native speaker).
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, as well as experienced in working with Project Information Management Systems.
- Experience in working with MS Sharepoint, ProjectWise and / or other project documentation software
- Proficient handling of documentation of important communications, emails, telephone calls, discussions, meeting minutes.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to work, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creating / Adapting the codification principles for documents
- Management of Common Data Environment used for exchange of documentation within the project team and towards the Client
- Quality control of project and design documentation before delivery (codification, version, formatting, etc.)
- Experience of assisting the Project Team for the suitable codification of data
- Ability to create the document templates (reports, minutes of meetings, presentations etc.) and making sure that they are used in the project
The gross salary for this role is €1,800.
