We are seeking an experienced and skilled local Electromechanical Specialist (m/f/d) for a Railway Infrastructure Project in Egypt. The Electromechanical Specialist will manage the installation, maintenance, and optimization of electromechanical systems within the railway construction supervision project. This role is critical in ensuring that all mechanical and electrical components function efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Responsibilities:

System Design and Implementation: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, install, and integrate electromechanical systems according to project specifications and industry best practices.
Maintenance and Repair: Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure continuous and optimal performance of electromechanical equipment. Address and repair any issues promptly.
Testing and Calibration: Conduct testing and calibration of electromechanical systems to verify functionality and compliance with design specifications.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of all electromechanical installations, adhering to established standards and safety regulations.
Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, implementing efficient solutions to ensure minimal disruption to project operations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on the status and performance of electromechanical systems, supporting transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

We particularly welcome applications from candidates with professional experience in the Egyptian construction sector, including familiarity with local regulations, language, and working culture.

University degree in mechanical or electronic engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in organization and supervision of the installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical systems in railway infrastructure projects, inclusive of systems for ventilation, fire protection, power supply and distribution, low and high voltage power systems, escalators, elevators.
Preferably 5 years of previous professional experience in the implementation of Electro-Mechanical systems for railway infrastructure.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
IT and relevant software proficiency.
Fluency in English, Arabic would be a plus.
