We are looking for you as a HR Mobilization Manager (f/m/x) for an upcoming project of DB International Operations in Canada.

We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in Canada or worldwide to be part of this unique project in case of contract award.
Your Tasks:
- Build interface with shareholders.
- Drafting and ensuring the HR mobilization plan meets current and future business requirements through close work with stakeholders.
- Managing the mobilization budget, ensuring each mobilization is successfully delivered within the budget constraints.
- Coordinating team leaders,managing them through a defined mobilization process/framework providing coaching and support the workstream leads to ensure all deliverables are produced to time and agreed quality.
- Run the project management office from an HR perspective, methodology and tools.
- Define and monitor project deliverables for HR team.
- Ensure implementation of DB policies.
- Establish mobilization project plan.
- Managing the HR mobilization risks and ensuring these are escalated in line with the mobilization governance, as required.
- Developing and managing internal and external HR program reporting, escalation, and governance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation,Business Administration,Engineering,Construction,Project Management,or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully delivering,enabling,and leading complex mobilizations in a rail environment.
- A minimum of 5 years Project or Program Management experience.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills at all levels of management.
- Ability to work on a program with tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, including writing and presenting information in the appropriate formats to various stakeholders. French is a plus.
