Intern Program Coordination - Astana (f/m/d).
We are looking for an Intern in Program Coordination for our branch office in Astana, Kazakhstan.
As an Intern in Program Coordination at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, you will have the unique opportunity to gain practical experience in commercial and operational project support. You will assist with procurement processes, contract management, and project coordination while developing key professional skills. Working closely with an experienced team, you will contribute to ensuring efficient workflows and supporting our global projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tasks related to project planning and execution, data analysis, report preparation and presen-tations.
- Support supply chain processes, including supplier coordination and documentation.
- Help with contract preparation and management tasks.
- Conduct research and collect data to support ongoing projects.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your professional skills.
- Translation of documents, protocols and letters from Russian to English.
- Compose business communications.
- Assist in the analysis and coordination of transportation projects, including the study of various modes of transport.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to achieve project goals.
- Support the Head of Branch and Deputy Head of Branch as additional responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in transportation systems, supply chain optimization, or infrastructure development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the railway or transportation industry is an advantageous skill.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
