Responsibilities:
- Verify progress and quantitative data provided by the Bus Operator
- Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Perform trend analysis
- Safeguard and administer all KPI-related data and performance reports
- Ensure KPIs align with the Client's strategic objectives
- Conduct monthly reviews
- Propose and implement adjustments to KPIs
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports
- Analysis of performance trends
- Proactive reporting of contract compliance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience includes 3 years in the transportation sector with emphasis in bus operations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Middle East
- Knowledge of international best practices and norms international working experience in multicultural teams advantageous
- Excellent personal administration skills (taking of minutes, conduct presentations, working to agreed deadlines etc.)
- Excellent English skills
- BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent Degree in a relevant discipline
