Office 365 Specialist (software/policy deployment)
The Global Workplace Service Delivery Team is part of the Global Operations & Infrastructure Services (GOIS) department. It operates in a follow-the-sun 24x7 availability, and that means that some work might need to happen during weekends, and on rare occasions also outside from office working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Application packaging in a special cloud environment called RealmJoin,
- Manage user acceptance testing,
- Application distribution via RealmJoin,
- Technical support for business user and application owner,
- Managing of software groups in Azure AD,
- Documentation of software packages
Qualifications:
- Study to university degree level of natural sciences, computer science, business, or an equivalent education,
- Willingness to learn application packaging for new technology,
- Self-driven in learning new technology,
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams as a 2nd level Engineer utilizing defined online processes to successfully develop solutions to meet the business requirements. This position requires deep understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Azure AD, packaging, and packaging troubleshooting,
- Experienced in application packaging using AppV, SSCM, Chocolaty,
- Experienced in scripting via PowerShell and/or VBscript,
- Highly flexible and willing to travel,
- Good English skills and willingness to work in a global team and in Hybrid mode
