We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team at the Saudi Arabia Branch. In this role, you will support the team through administrative and clerical duties, help ensure smooth communication within and outside the organization and assist in coordinating daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the office team.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and project needs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional demeanour and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
