We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Performance Manager (m/f/d) for a Technical Advisory program for OSE in Athens, Greece. As Performance Manager you will be responsible or monitoring, analyzing, and improving employee and team performance to align with organizational goals for the Greek Railways in collaboration with both DB E&C team members and the client OSE to ensure suc-cessful and sustainable operations. Your focus will be on develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), aligning them with overall business objectives, ensuring they are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART)
- Design, implement, and maintain performance management systems, including performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, and other tools
- Track and analyse KPIs, identify areas of strength and weakness, and evaluate individual and team performance against established goals
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance, which may include training programs, performance reviews, coaching, and process improvements
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees, helping them understand their strengths and areas for improvement, and guiding them toward achieving their goals
- Identify training needs and development opportunities for employees and managers to improve performance and skills
- Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and successes
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed university degree in business, engineering, project management or similar and relevant professional experience in a comparable, complex role
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions to inform performance improvement strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide feedback, coaching, and training to employees and managers
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar tasks
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership
- You impress with your impartial moderation skills and intercultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English mandatory; German and Greek would be an advantage
- Familiarity with Greek administrative business standards
