Project Implementation Assistant/ Interpreter (Branch Kazakhstan) (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Project Implementation Assistant/Interpreter for our current project in Astana, Kazakhstan at Deutsche Bahn Engineering & Consulting.

On your position you will play an important role in ensuring efficient interaction and communication between our project implementation team and the client. You will be responsible for permanent support of our experts in their daily business providing a proper interpretation from/into English/Russian, as well as helping them with formalizing project results and achieving project goals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, understanding of business processes and operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with various persons.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team of experts on a daily basis and perform tasks assigned related to the implementation of determined projects in railway transport sector
- Translate documents for the business: Interpretation from/ into English/ Russian during project meetings and calls
- Create presentations, reports, tables, letters and similar in English/ Russian. Formalization of project deliverables in their final form.
- Qualitative translation of documentation required for project implementation and establishing proper document flow and maintenance
- Interact and communicate with the client and other stakeholders on the matters of project implementation
- Provide recommendations for improvements, solving arising issues and providing expertise in business processes and operation within the project implementation
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Russian (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Work Experience in a similar position at least 2 years.
- Communication skills, stress resistance, analytical skills and ability to find elegant solutions for problematic issues.
- Ability to work in team and to perform assigned tasks on time and with required quality.
- Multitasking abilities and proper time management.
Preferable Qualifications that will be considered a plus:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Transport Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in project implementation in transport sector (preferable railway passenger transporta-tion).
- Understanding of business processes and operations of a passenger transportation company (preferable railway sector).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in database management and document workflow systems.
- Event coordination experience.
