We are seeking a Public Transport Project Specialist as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in the Middle East and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for public transport projects by conducting studies and analyses, in-cluding drafting specifications, policies, and regulations.
Analyze public transport data and propose programs and systems for its development in line with international standards.
Design public transport networks and identify the best possible options, improving networks through continuous data analysis.
Continuously update public transport system data and maintain the public transport network da-tabase.
Manage public transport system projects and assist in preparing terms of reference for develop-ing transport projects.
Daily Management of contractors, consultants, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

Civil Engineer specializing in transport systems and public transport network planning.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Transport Planning.
At least 10 years of experience, with a preference for experience in GCC countries.
Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, and Entities.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Full Computer Literacy.
Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.
Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
