We are seeking an experienced and skilled local Quality Control/Assurance and Audit Specialist (m/f/d) for a Railway Infrastructure Project in Egypt. The Quality Control/Assurance and Audit Specialist will ensure that all aspects of the railway construction supervision project adhere to quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting thorough audits and implementing quality assurance processes to promote excellence in project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures, aligning them with project objectives and industry standards.
Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of construction materials and processes to verify compliance with quality specifications.
Audit Coordination: Organize and perform internal and external audits to assess adherence to quality assurance protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Non-conformance Management: Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Documentation and Reporting: Compile detailed reports on quality assurance activities and audit findings, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams on quality standards and procedures, fostering a culture of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

We particularly welcome applications from candidates with professional experience in the Egyptian construction sector, including familiarity with local regulations, language, and working culture

University degree in Engineering or a related field.
ISO Certified Internal Auditor an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of quality control, quality assurance, developing a management system fully com-pliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in railway construction supervision project.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
IT and relevant software proficiency.
Fluency in English, Arabic would be a plus.
