For this project we are seeking a Station Operation Consultant

Responsibilities:

Overview the contractors’ management of the passenger stations incl. Platform management (e.g., crowd management), station staffing
Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all station operation related disciplines
Management of all aspects of station facilities including but not limited to customer service, cleanliness, security, and passenger amenities
Ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for passengers at all stations and at all times
Oversee the daily operations of stations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Supervise station staff, including customer service representatives, security personnel, and cleaning crews
Implement customer service standards and training programs for station employees
Monitor station cleanliness, maintenance, and safety protocols
Coordinate with vendors for station amenities, services, and retail spaces
Address customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries to enhance passenger experience
Collaborate with marketing teams for station branding and promotional activities
Ensure stations comply with accessibility standards and regulations
Report reactions and measures taken by contractors in abnormal operation situations

Qualifications:

Project management skills
Railway Operation background (passenger highspeed or long distance intercity)
Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering
Min. 10 years in the rail Industry
Min. 5 years in leadership position
Min. 10 years in a similar position
International experience, preference GCC
English (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred)
