We are seeking an experienced and skilled international Telecommunication, Centralized Control, Signaling, Specialist (m/f/d) for a Railway Infrastructure Project in Egypt. The Telecommunication, Centralized Control, and Signaling Specialist will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunication systems, centralized control facilities, and signaling technology within the railway construction supervision project. This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of communication and control systems, enhancing operational safety and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

System Design and Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and integrate telecommunication, centralized control, and signaling systems according to project requirements and industry standards.
Installation and Configuration: Supervise the installation and configuration of relevant systems, ensuring precision and adherence to technical specifications.
Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of communication and signaling systems, verifying functionality and performance before full deployment.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Develop maintenance schedules and perform troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation and rapid resolution of any technical issues.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, promoting safety and reliability.
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with stakeholders, including technology providers and operational teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of communication and signaling systems.

Qualifications:

University degree in Telecommunications / Electronics & Communications Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of telecommunication systems, signalling systems for railway construction supervision projects.
Experience in the organization and supervision of the installation, testing and commissioning of telecommunication, centralized control, and CBTC Systems in railway infrastructure projects, including SCADA systems, CCTV systems, Fiber Optic networks, Passenger Information System; Digital signage system; Access Control; Wireless Connections.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
IT and relevant software proficiency.
Fluency in English, Arabic would be a plus.
Willingness to be relocated to Egypt for the duration of the project.
