Track Specialist (f/m/d)
We are seeking an experienced and skilled local Track Specialist (f/m/d) for a Railway Infrastructure Project in Egypt. The Track Specialist will focus on the design, construction, and maintenance of railway track systems within the railway construction supervision project. Responsibilities:
- Design and Engineering: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop effective track designs that meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Construction Oversight: Supervise track installation and construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies for track systems to ensure long-term operational reliability and safety.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits of track components and construction practices to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges related to track construction, providing practical solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all track-related activities comply with safety regulations and industry best practices, promoting a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
We particularly welcome applications from candidates with professional experience in the Egyptian construction sector, including familiarity with local regulations, language, and working culture.
- University degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design construction, and maintenance of railway track systems, in railway infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in construction supervision railway projects.
- IT and relevant software proficiency.
- Fluency in English, Arabic would be a plus.
