We are looking for a Deputy General Director for Marketing and Service (f/m/d) of PT JSC, based in Nur-Sultan.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the satisfaction of the population (passengers) in obtaining quality services
- Coordinate the branches related to the organization of the activities of train crews, service maintenance
- Organize the development and implementation of comprehensive measures to improve and develop services, the quality of passenger service through the introduction of new technologies
- Organize train inspections for compliance with the service, the requirements of the rules of transportation
- Organize activities to provide trains with soft removable equipment
- Considerate and response to complaints about poor-quality service
- Develop and implement of measures to improve the efficiency of baggage transportation based on marketing research, including the development of a concept for the further development of baggage transportation, determination of the most demanded directions of baggage carriage, opening/closing of baggage departments (points), optimization of unprofitable ones, bringing the number of personnel involved in the organization of baggage transportation in line with the volume of work performedMarketing:
- Define the concept and strategy of marketing activities of PT JSC
- Analyse the passenger transportation market, marketing research in the field of transportation of passengers, luggage and cargo luggage
- Develop recommendations and proposals based on the analysis carried out on the appointment of new trains and trailering of additional cars
- Develop and implement the tariff policy
- Organize work on approving the calculation, rates of fees for services provided by PT JSC
- Organize and conduct questionnaire surveys, promotions at railway stations and trains
- Coordinate work on the introduction and promotion of new forms and types of marketing research in passenger trains
- Promote and stimulate demand for products and services through social networks (instagram, telegram, etc.)
- Sales channel development (ticket offices, online sales system) in terms of marketing policy
- Implement the customer notification system (e-mail newsletters, push notifications)Sales:
- Organize the sales process of PT JSC, development and implementation of the sales plan
- Organize and coordinating the work of ticket offices
- Implement the product development activities
- Interact with the public, media, press services
- Organize the transportation during events (holidays)
- Develop the proposals for the introduction of new types of services to increase demand for PT JSC services
- Operate and develop Express system, new software developments, workstations, Mobius, automated software systems
- Implement the automated yield management system for commercial and socially significant routes
- Control the timeliness of sending to the relevant technical services for entering into the Express-3 automated control system reliable data regarding the formation of the fare, including the calculation of the Swiss franc to tenge exchange rate used in the calculation of tariffs in interstate traffic
- Interact with private carriers to organize ticket sales
Qualifications:
- Availability of certificates or diplomas of professional knowledge in the field of sales and marketing
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of specialization, including at least 5 years in management positions in the field of specialization and/or in companies comparable in scale, complexity and revenue to KTZ Group, including at least 3 years in DB Group
- Experience of creating and implementing strategy, planning activities and processes in large companies in the area of professional activity
- Experience in using/implementing information systems and marketing tools
- Experience in effective launch of a new product on the market, implementation of best service practices, improvement of cleaning and ISI standards
- Experience in developing an effective loyalty program
- Experience in developing and implementing methods to improve marketing and tariff policy, sales and service provision in railway transportation
- Aligning/planning and integrating multiple functions and processes in economics and finance and Business management skills and tools
- Leadership and communication skills, achievement of high results by building team interaction, successful implementation of projects, improving team efficiency
- Knowledge of peculiarities of functioning of the railway passenger transportation market, both in Europe, Asia and CIS countries; new mechanisms and quality control of provided services, tariff policy would be an advantage
- Master's or doctoral degree / DBA, PhD, postgraduate studies in the specialty; Master's degree or scientific degree of candidate, doctor of sciences in the relevant profile of the position/MBA/other
- Knowledge of foreign languages, including Russian
