Responsibilities:
- Organization of passenger train traffic, elaboration of the concept of route network development and high-speed train movement
- Organization and control over quality and timely maintenance, repair and outfitting of cars
- Ensuring traffic safety
- Development of a strategy for renewal of the railcar fleet and a maintenance strategy
- Implementation of effective measures to improve operational performance
- Managing the process of fulfillment of operational performance indicators and increasing the population in trains
- Control over the rational use of rolling stock
- Control over mobilization readiness of railway transport, protection of state and commercial secrets
- Preparation of tenders for technical maintenance
- Control over the implementation of an effective technical policy
- Control over implementation of plans for rationalization proposals implementation
- Management of the process of formation and realization of an effective plan of capital investments and capital repairs of fixed assets, determination of investment needs, execution of the investment program. Investment needs, implementation of the investment program
- Maintenance of the industrial safety management system
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or doctoral degree/ DBA, PhD, postgraduate studies in the specialty; Master's degree or scientific degree of Candidate, Doctor of Science in the relevant profile of the position/MBA/other;
- Higher professional education. Transport, transport equipment and technologies (railway transport); Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport; Marketing; Management; Economics; Law;
- Knowledge of peculiarities of functioning of the railway passenger transportation market both in Europe, Asia and CIS countries; and standards of construction of car maintenance facilities
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of specialization, including at least 5 years in management positions in the field of specialization and/or in companies comparable in scale, complexity and revenue to KTZ Group, including at least 3 years in DB Group
- Experience of creating and implementing strategy, planning activities and processes in large companies in the area of professional activity
- Experience in using/implementing information systems and marketing tools
- Knowledge of foreign languages, including Russian
- Business management skills, mastery of business management tools, improving the quality of railcar maintenance and repair, development of policies for production asset management (asset analysis and valuation, determination of technical condition of assets, renewal, impairment, realization, write-off, recovery and leasing of assets), support and implementation of the progress of construction of railcar maintenance facility
- Leadership and communication skills, achievement of high results by building team interaction, successful implementation of projects, increasing team efficiency
