We are looking for the Deputy General Director for Repair and Technical (Wagonservice) (f/m/d) Policy VS JSC, based in Astana.

Responsibilities:
Production activity (repair):
- Ensure technically serviceable condition of railcars, organization of measures to ensure traffic safety by improving the quality of production of planned types of railcar repairs
- Ensure uninterrupted and high-quality fulfillment of the plan of railcar repair at railcar repair enterprises and in the depot repair shop of LVChDR-9
- Develop the material and technical base taking into account the introduction of new equipment and advanced technologies into production with timely fulfillment of the repair planTechnical policy:
- Ensure the implementation of a unified technical policy, safe working conditions, industrial and environmental safety, fire safety of stationary facilities, labor protection, resource saving, prevention of industrial injuries, control of accounting and write-off of fixed assets, carrying out measures for civil defense and emergency situations, control over the development of fuel consumption norms; energy resources and materials
- Develop a technical development program for the short and long term
- Form the investment program, the main directions of capital investments and the implementation of the Capital Investment Plan, the implementation of capital repairs of the fixed assets
- Implement the design and estimate documentation for facilities under construction and reconstruction
- Cap. construction and repair, implementation of plans for commissioning production facilities
- Control the work of technical personnel, the implementation of fire-fighting measures and the maintenance of fire equipment in good condition
- Organize and holding of events on the issues of metrology, ecology, electrical and fire safety, industrial safety, improvement of working conditions, labor protection and prevention of production. traumatism
- Carry out measures to reduce unproductive costs, rational use of fuel and energy resources, water, heat, ensure the introduction of resource-saving technologies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of work in the field of specialization, including at least 5 years in management positions in the field of activity and/or in companies comparable in scale of activity, complexity and revenue volume to the KTZ Group, including at least 3 years in the DB Group
- Experience of creating and implementing strategy, planning activities and processes in large companies in the area of professional activity
- Experience in using/implementing information systems and marketing tools
- Skills of planning and integrating several functions and processes in the field of economics and finance
- Knowledge of the peculiarities of functioning of the railway passenger transportation market, both in Europe, Asia and CIS countries
- Master's degree or doctoral degree / DBA, PhD, postgraduate studies in specialty; Master's degree or scientific degree of candidate, doctor of sciences in the relevant profile of the position/MBA/other
- Knowledge of foreign languages, including Russian
- Effective introduction skills of a new product to the market
- Business management skills, mastery of business management tools
- Leadership and communication skills, achieving high results by building team interaction, successful implementation of projects, improving team efficiency
