Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the interface between the AFC Contractor and each of the O&M Contractors to ensure integration is efficient and aligned with project milestones.
- Oversee the timely implementation of all AFC and Revenue systems to support uninterrupted train operations.
- Ensure the AFC system is properly maintained according to contract requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Monitor AFC system performance, ensuring all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets are achieved.
- Develop, implement, and supervise processes to protect and collect revenue, ensuring full compliance from all O&M Contractors with Applicable Requirements.
- Proactively identify interface issues and coordinate corrective actions across all contractors involved.
- Provide technical and managerial leadership in all matters related to AFC and revenue collection, including regular progress reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Support audits, inspections, and reviews related to AFC system performance and revenue processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of senior technical and management experience with proven expertise in AFC systems, revenue management, or related fields, preferably in the railway sector.
- Demonstrable track record of managing complex technical interfaces and multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge of AFC system operation, system maintenance standards, and contractual performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with or managing multiple contractors on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with revenue protection, collection processes, and contractual compliance requirements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as per project/client/company requirements.
