Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for integrating digital technology and AI into all aspects of Railway Project Management.
- Collaborate with the Employer and cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-based initiatives that drive project efficiency, predictive analytics, and real-time monitoring.
- Support the Employer in the design, evaluation, and deployment of AI solutions to optimize resource allocation, schedule adherence, and overall project performance.
- Lead the digital transformation roadmap for the Railway Project, ensuring best practices and the latest advancements in technology are adopted.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital and AI initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, protocols, and privacy requirements during the integration of digital and AI systems.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on AI, data analytics, and digital transformation for the project team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of professional experience, with a strong track record in digital technology integration, AI, data analytics, or project management - ideally within large-scale infrastructure or railway projects.
- In-depth understanding of AI technologies, digital transformation processes, and project analytics platforms.
- Experience in managing and deploying AI-driven solutions for complex project environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as per project/client/company requirements.
